The Third Floor is the Seacoast's largest nightclub. We play the hottest dance music and serve the best martinis. Ascend to the top of the city and transport yourself to a sophisticated metro night club. Dance the night away with friends as renowned DJs from the Seacoast and Boston spin the hottest tunes. If you prefer a more intimate setting, curl up for a conversation in a cozy nook. Meet new friends over the latest martinis served by the city’s best bartenders. Or why not really feel like a VIP by making it your own space to share with family and friends for an evening. You’ll feel like you’re on top of the world at the Third Floor. Dress Code: In order to maintain our upscale atmosphere, we enforce the following dress code: Please, no baseball caps, printed T-shirts of any kind, work boots or sports/athletic wear (i.e. hooded sweatshirts.) Starting in January...Casual Fridays...join us for a relaxed dress code. Coat Check: We also have a mandatory coat check to secure a safe environment. Thank you for understanding. You may check your hats, scarves etc., but we take no responsibility for bags, backpacks or the like.Parking: The city's municipal parking garage is less than 100 feet from the Third Floor and holds up to 900 cars. The fee is 75 cents an hour and on-street parking is free after 7pm. Cover Charge: Guests dining in either of our restaurants may ask their server for a pass for free access to the nightclub valid for that evening only! Otherwise, the cover is $5 all night, starting at 9pm. Special events have their own cover charges. |
