Saying that Newcomer's creations are marvelous is an understatement. Their design and coloring are reminiscent of the real McCoys. He's carved marlin, tuna, bluefish and whales, and now he's doing trout, redfish, snook and mackerel. Often, it's conversation around the waterfront that inspires him to carve. Newcomer carves his creations from mill slabs. He finds the raw materials from mills throughout the northeastern states.
“Travel to Portsmouth frequently for work and have always wanted to eat here. I wasn’t disappointed. Great server Kyle was very attentive. Had a pita with chicken, mozzarella, roasted red peppers and Swiss. Delish. Nice decor and had a lovely seat at the window next to a beautiful huge jade where I could people watch. I’ll be back next time I’m in town!” – Trip Advisor, 5 Stars
